Government Thermostat Control

California is looking to pass a law allowing the state to regulate and control private citizen's thermostats through radio control. Of course it will only be applicable in emergencies. Once the state is allowed in, what's going to stop them from declaring a permanent state of emergency based on the «Global Warming Crisis»?

They would have had to wait a few months, I guess. So the couple could not rely on their country's Universal health care and had to look to the US where there is no wait time at Benifis Healthcare Hospital.
