It all started with Liberal President Jimmy Carter in the late 1970's. I know I'm going back before most of you Liberal bloggers were born but it is important to understand how the actions of one Liberal President in four short disastrous years created the current situation in the Middle East that we are now living with and trying to clean up.
One of the things I've been noticing about the latest liberal talking points is them talking about the Bush Administration's incompetence at not having a plan for the war in Iraq. Tester even mentions a lack of a plan in one of his commercials.
Judge Anna Diggs Taylor, a Carter appointee, has helped put our country at risk by ruling the interception of telephone calls between a foreigner and an American is unconstitutional. This is better known as the NSA wiretapping controversy that the New York Times exposed several months ago. Judge Diggs Taylor has put her partisans politics ahead of our national security by making this ruling as there are several glaring omissions.
In listening to Rush yesterday, he read an article «America Can't Do A Thing» that spells out how President Carter handled the Iran Hostage affair from the Iranian's perspective. Frankly, it makes me happy that Bush was president when 9/11 happened and scares the hell out of me thinking Gore very well could have been.
