Like Stealing Girl Scout Cookie Money
I ran across this Missoulain Letter to the Editor this morning.
Jace Laakso equates Operation Chaos to stealing Girl Scout Cookie Money (emphasis mine).
Letter: Primary «chaos» plan is politics at its worst
As Ronald Reagan used to say: «There you go again!»
I only wonder what his reaction would be to reading Andy B. Hammond's plans (Missoulian, April 25) to subvert the primary election in Montana. He «calls for chaos» (that's the Letter!) by asking Republicans to vote as Democrats in the June presidential primary so that the race between Hillary and Barack will not be decided until late, thereby giving McCain an edge. He's got a right to do that. But what galls me is the dishonor with which he taints this great patriotic process. It furthers the notion that politicians will lie, cheat and steal the elections from «we the people.»
What kind of message does this send to our kids? It's OK to cheat just so we can win? We live in a society where teenage girls beat each other and post the footage on YouTube as if it were so much entertainment. And other teenage girls steal Girl Scout cookie money right off the table at the supermarket and then get pissed off when they get caught, saying they went to a lot of trouble to get the money. They apparently don't know right from wrong.Hammond, arrogantly, blurs that fine line even more. My only consolation is in knowing that this will come right back to bite him. It always does, whether Democrat or Republican. Besides, these few right0wing Republicans (like Rush Bimbo) are desperate and will resort to any and all low-down, mean and dirty tricks. It's not the Grand Old Party anymore. It's political hamburger at its worst.

Nice article, and it's even nicer that Andy posts the negatives towards Operation Chaos-Montana. We know what side Andy «was» on...are you changing your mind just a tiny bit Andy :0)

Scott— Grow up. This is not kindergarten. This is politics.

Liberals have selective amnesia. If you would go back and look at the «commentary» of the first 4 or 5 primaries, one statement you will hear CONSISTENTLY ... «McCain is the Clear leader with Independents and Democrats» ...
Operation CHAOS is nothing but being UPFRONT, OPEN and HONEST ... which is something that Liberals will NEVER understand.

No, Tina, I'm not changing my mind. I am still Captain of Operation Chaos - Montana Division! I plan on attending Bill Clinton's speech on Wednesday and voting for Hillary on June 3.
I am confident in what I'm doing and what I believe and have no problems pointing out the negatives and criticisms.
As George says above, we are being 100% upfront, open and honest with Operation Chaos.

And you're being an idiot who knows nothing of mathematics. Confidence does not make 1+1 = 5. Good luck with that, Andrew.

Andy,
I know you don't have a problem pointing...I just thought it would be fun to get a rise out of you. You did smile when you read my question.

Tina,
Yes I did smile!
