Would This Be Considered A Hate Crime?
I've always been confused about Hate Crime legislation because it's goal is to make crimes against certain people such as gays and minorities more egregious and subject to harsher punishment.
So when a white, straight (I assume) male is attacked because he's a gringo, is it a Hate Crime? It appears not.

The ultimate goal of «hate crime» legislation is to criminalize disagreement with liberals.
