What the Democrats Said About Iraq and WMDs

With the Democrats bashing Bush for wanting to win the war by increasing troop levels and renewing their claims that he lied about WMDs I feel it important to remind everybody what Democrats said about Iraq, Saddam, and WMDs when they had the White House and when the polls supported war soon after 9/11.

Food Bank Still Open???

I was walking in downtown Missoula this morning and happened to pass by the Missoula Food Bank and was surprised to see that they were still open and look to remain open for the long term. So I returned to work got online and looked up their web site to see if this were true. Yes, they appear to be planning on continuing their mission.

Missoula's "Peace" Sign

There was a Letter to the Editor in yesterday's Missoulian written by Tim Marinan that stirred some long forgotten and perhaps repressed childhood memories in me. I had to call my dad last night to confirm these memories but, like most veterans who served Viet Nam, he didn't want to talk about it or how he was treated when he returned. My mom, on the other hand, had to confirm my memories of how my dad was treated when he returned.
